Coach Bio:
Grace Shim is an educator and entrepreneur passionate about helping children unlock their creativity and discover their unique strengths from an early age. As the founder of Young CEO Lab in Seoul, she designs and delivers hands-on entrepreneurship programs that blend design thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration—equipping students to become confident innovators and leaders.
Her diverse upbringing in China, the Philippines, Korea, and the United States exposed her to a variety of educational systems, fueling her desire to create new pathways beyond traditional schooling. Grace is currently pursuing her MSEd in Education Entrepreneurship at the University of Pennsylvania, where she has built connections with leading organizations such as NFTE and VentureLab. She brings these global insights to Korea, guiding children and families to reimagine education and prepare for the dynamic future of work.
