Coach Bio:

Deborah Oluyori, founder of Brave Future Leaders, is a U.S. Army veteran, Certified Kidpreneurs Educator, and Confidence Mindset Coach helping kids build confidence, leadership, and life skills.

Deborah Oluyori is the founder of Brave Future Leaders, an early education and youth empowerment program based in Spokane, WA. She is a U.S. Army veteran, Certified Parenting Coach, Certified Kidpreneurs Educator, and Certified Confidence & Mindset Coach, with a deep passion for helping children unlock their potential and thrive.

Deborah’s journey into coaching began with a simple but powerful moment—a doctor’s visit where she was asked about her children’s screen time. That question led her into extensive research on the effects of excessive screen use on children’s brains, health, and emotional well-being. Determined to create a change, she implemented strategies at home to reduce her children’s screen time. The results were transformative: her kids grew more confident, imaginative, and resilient, and eventually launched their own business, E&Z Creative. Inspired by this, Deborah also authored a book to help parents reduce screen time and foster stronger family connections.

Through Brave Future Leaders, Deborah empowers children ages 6–14 to develop future-ready life skills such as:

  • Entrepreneurship & Innovation – turning ideas into action and cultivating creativity.
  • Public Speaking & Communication – building confidence to speak boldly and inspire others.
  • Financial Literacy – learning real-world money skills for lifelong success.
  • Confidence Mindset Mastery – developing resilience, self-belief, and leadership from within.
  • Responsible AI Exploration – introducing kids to safe, creative uses of technology.

Deborah is known for her warm, encouraging approach that combines evidence-based strategies from child and adolescent development with practical, real-world applications. Parents trust her for both her expertise and her relatability as a mom who has walked the journey herself.

Her mission is clear: to raise a generation of brave, confident, and compassionate future leaders who think big, speak boldly, lead with heart, and inspire others.

When she’s not teaching, writing, or coaching, Deborah enjoys exploring new ideas with her children, mentoring young creatives, and partnering with parents to build homes where kids can thrive both on and off the screen.
