Deborah Oluyori is the founder of Brave Future Leaders, an early education and youth empowerment program based in Spokane, WA. She is a U.S. Army veteran, Certified Parenting Coach, Certified Kidpreneurs Educator, and Certified Confidence & Mindset Coach, with a deep passion for helping children unlock their potential and thrive.
Deborah’s journey into coaching began with a simple but powerful moment—a doctor’s visit where she was asked about her children’s screen time. That question led her into extensive research on the effects of excessive screen use on children’s brains, health, and emotional well-being. Determined to create a change, she implemented strategies at home to reduce her children’s screen time. The results were transformative: her kids grew more confident, imaginative, and resilient, and eventually launched their own business, E&Z Creative. Inspired by this, Deborah also authored a book to help parents reduce screen time and foster stronger family connections.
