Camps Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering for our camp. By proceeding with the registration process, you indicate your agreement to the terms outlined below:

Limited Liability:

a. Participation in camp activities is entirely voluntary, and campers and their legal guardians assume all risks and responsibilities associated with such participation.

b. The camp organizer, Real World Lessons JV DBA Kidpreneurs, staff, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings that may occur during the camp.

c. Campers and their legal guardians acknowledge that they have adequate medical insurance coverage to address any potential medical needs that may arise during the camp.

Media Release:

a. Campers and their legal guardians grant permission to Camp SuperNova and its affiliates to capture and use photographs, videos, and other media recordings during the camp for promotional and marketing purposes.

b. Kidpreneurs reserves the right to use these media recordings in various forms of communication, including but not limited to brochures, websites, social media, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

c. Campers and their legal guardians understand that their child’s name may be associated with these media recordings and waive any rights or claims for compensation or royalties in connection with their use.

Waiver:

a. Campers and their legal guardians release Real World Lessons JV DBA Kidpreneurs, its officers, staff, and volunteers from any liability for any injury, illness, or loss sustained during the camp, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

b. Campers and their legal guardians assume responsibility for any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements disclosed during the registration process and agree to inform the camp organizers promptly of any changes or updates to such information.

No Refund Policy:

a. Camp fees are non-refundable except in cases where the camp event is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment.

b. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the specified timeline communicated during the registration process.

Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Kidpreneurs. Any modifications will be communicated through the appropriate channels.

By registering for the camp, campers and their legal guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions stated above.
